Eureco™ HC-L17 is a highly stable liquid preparation based on PAP crystals (INCI name: phthalimido-peroxy-caproic Acid, CTFA registration n°2296) in aqueous suspension.
PAP is a white stable peracid exploiting oxidising and decolouring performances in mild conditions.
PAP ready available active oxygen makes Eureco™ HC-L17 ideal for cosmetic preparations and toothpastes.
After the reaction PAP will turn into a readily biodegradable non-peroxidic chemical, of no threat to the humans and the environment.
