SOCAL® S2V DC is a pregranulated Precipitated Calcium Carbonate for Direct Compression applications.

It is manufactured from the pure Precipitated Calcium Carbonate powder SOCAL® P2PHV, meeting the purity criteria of the Eur.Ph. and USP.

SOCAL® P2PHV also obtained the Certificate of Suitability n° R0-CEP 2003-242-Rev 00.

SOCAL® S2V DC, with its low lead content (<0.5 ppm), is suitable for uses where California Proposition 65 is concerned.

SOCAL® S2V DC eliminates the need of expensive in-house wet granulation for the production of tablets and sachets.

Special characteristics are:
